What is Holiday Home Mail Club?
It is a monthly letter subscription where you receive a letter in the mail each month. Each month you will receive:
- A 4x6 home art card featuring a different whimsically drawn home in a new location each month and an extra surprise on the reverse side of the card.
- A 5x7 home decorating sticker sheet + space to decorate.
- A pen pal letter from me (Cassie) and my dear friend Hannah (our artist).
- Stickers to collect for each home you visit and decorate.
Are purchases final sale?
All purchases are final sale. If your order has shipped for the current month, no refunds or credits will be allowed.
When will I receive my mail?
Mail is sent around the 1st of each month and can take up to 10 business days for you to receive. Mail is untracked and you will not receive a tracking number. This keeps costs low and allows us to offer free shipping. It also means you will be surprised when you receive your mail, which is part of the fun and makes for the overall experience we want to provide!
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You have full control over your subscription at any time. You can pause or cancel within your customer portal.
What if I never received my mail?
If you have still not received your mail and it has been longer than 3 weeks, please email me at hello@holidayhomemailclub.com!
